Our Social Performance Management System provides the structure for managing how our operations affect people and communities. It is designed to identify and reduce risks, support meaningful engagement and strengthen accountability throughout the lifecycle of our projects.
Through tools and practices such as robust stakeholder and Indigenous Peoples engagement and grievance mechanisms, social impact and human rights assessments, resilience focused investment and cultural heritage and resource management, we aim to ensure potential impacts are understood and addressed, and that our practices remain inclusive, transparent, and aligned with good practice.
