DreamBuilder is a free, online entrepreneurship training program that helps individuals learn how to start and grow small businesses. In addition to 13 interactive courses including accounting, finance, human resources and marketing; a personal business plan is generated upon completion of the program. Financing Your Dream is a free, online companion course that introduces students to different types of capital/sources of funding for their business and assists them in creating a capital action plan. All courses available in English and Spanish.

Freeport-McMoRan has partnered with both organizations in four of our operating regions through a USDA REDI grant. The two organizations are working to connect entrepreneurial and more traditional economic development work in local communities and have figured out ways to adapt programming to fit the COVID-19 landscape.
